Romaine lettuce salad with Persian cucumbers, sunflower seeds, pan-grilled sausage, a bit of hummus, and Jewish rye toast on the side.

Some time ago I made this delicious concoction, but was only just now able to get the evidence on my computer! Some kind of delicious seedy bread from the discount section and white cheddar cheese from the sampler section of Ralph’s, neither of which I’ve been able to find since, and deli-thin smoked ham, all toasted to ever-so-slightly charred perfection!
