Sprucing up an old photo with some new friends.

I made brown rice onigiri with furikake for myself and my roomies today… and I learned that brown rice really doesn’t stick together very well. If we’re being honest with each other, the single shot was probably the best looking one of the bunch.

It’s rare that I’ll cook after an overtime day at work, but I really wanted some veggies tonight so I cooked up the rest of a dinner to go with it. Veggies were just steamed cauliflower. The rest of the dinner was brown rice, pre-cooked tofu cutlet sauteed again in ponzu and mirin, and a fried egg on top. And guess what? I got a double yolk, again!

Are you all sufficiently weirded out by my doll, yet? If you guys remember the doll accessories I made a while back, those were for a swap. I got my things in the mail recently so I took some pictures to show off how they looked on my girl! Pretty cute, right?

I’ve been craving omurice recently, and when I was making it last night I was so shocked and excited to get a double yolk!!! …But in the end, I wound up breaking the omelet, haha. It was still delicious though!

I made my other two items for that doll swap I mentioned before—a second headband and a simple necklace. Noelle is modeling again. Both were kind of unplanned because I ran out of time to do the things I originally planned to do. :c

I’m taking part in an accessories swap, so I spent a little time today making some of my pieces for it! I’m a n00b with doll-sized things, so forgive me, haha. Also, I wound up trimming the lace on the headband a bit because it’s just so long, but I was too lazy to get it back over No’s wig to take pictures again. I really like how the sparkly dangly things came out, though!
